Introduction to Digital Modeling - Free!
These lessons take computer generated modeling a step at a time. They are designed for a younger audience, but can certainly be used by adults to get oriented. The programs use Blender, which is a (FREE!) powerful computer animation program. You can download at no cost from Blender.org. It works on Mac, PC and Linux platforms. Although complicated, CG animation taps into many interests of the younger crowd (gaming, movies, etc).
